Ok so over the summer I was incredibly active. I was running/walking outside almost every day. And I felt good, I was very happy with what I was doing. I came a far way since last year. But now since it’s cold I’m not outside. I don’t like running in the cold. And I don’t like the gym setting at all. So at this point I’m doing yoga about 3 times a week in a quite place in my house. But I want to do more. Any suggestions on how I can stay active and fit over winter without going to the gym?

As I sit by my window watching it snow. Im realizing how truly blessed I am. I have an amazing family, friends, and teachers! It’s no secret that the last year has been incredibly difficult for me. With my mom being diagnosed with cancer. I couldn’t be more thankful for the support that we received! My family… I love them more than anything. And couldn’t be more proud of my mom. My family is my rock and I couldn’t survive without them! My friends… I love you guys. And I’m so thankful your all in my life. It’s so awesome to have someone to count on at the end of the day! My teachers…. Thank you so much for the support, help, laughter and tears. I have the coolest teachers ever! And I’m so grateful to be going to a small school where I can have a relationship with my teachers and classmates! I love all of you to death. And wishing you all a wonderful Thanksgiving!
